I have been a strong active person for most of my life. Until I had chronic undiagnosed health issues. Fortunately, the health issues have been resolved. Unfortunately, my fitness level had plummeted. I used to walk and enjoy being outside doing yard work and travel but my strength was gone. I honestly thought it was a matter of age. My Cardiologist referred me to 314 Pilates. My instructor asked me a ton of questions and we did a fitness evaluation. From that evaluation, we created a plan and it doesn’t seem overwhelming. It’s not an overnight fix but the people are great, and the place is clean. When COVID hit, I did all my sessions through zoom, 314 Pilates dropped off the equipment I needed, and I haven’t lost any strength! My Cardiologist is happy and so am I.
