With only 4 people to a class, instructors trained by Polestar International, and each class intentionally planned to promote optimal functional movement patterns, our classes ARE THE BEST IN ST LOUIS! 

Our equipment classes utilize a variety of Pilates apparatus including: Reformers, Towers, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, etc. Our clients enjoy the variety of core building, balance enhancing and muscle strengthening exercises in this small group setting. 

  • Grip Socks and Pilates reformer towels required (sold at studio) Don’t worry about forgetting your things – we provide complimentary in-studio baskets to keep your items here!

All Equipment - Intermediate


Experience a faster-paced, total body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible and standing with improved body alignment! In this class you will build upon what you have learned. We challenge the body and we work on transition and fluidity. Clients should be injury free.  
For safety purposes, grip socks are required.  No socks?  No worries, grip socks are sold in the studio.

Cardio Sculpt Jumpboard


The Pilates Jumpboard is a great way to add cardio and strength training into your workouts without impact. You’ll be laying on the Pilates reformer on your back and also on your side “jumping” in ways that will strengthen your core muscles and all of the muscles in your legs, thighs and hips! It’s unlike any cardio workout you’ve ever experienced! All movements are done with special attention to alignment and core engagement so that you are working your muscles most efficiently and safely.

Pilates for Chronic Pain


Pilates Reformer for Men is the perfect opportunity for gentlemen to try Pilates with their specific bodies in mind.
Men’s Pilates classes are, like men, fundamentally different from traditional co-ed and women’s only classes. Focus is on strength, mobility, balance, and core power with specific emphasis placed on athletic conditioning and flexibility (the right kind).

Pilates Barre


Monet combines the Reformer and Booty Barre to give you a fun and energetic class. She also adds the Jump Board for a little more cardio and Hand Weights for upper body work. Monet makes it look easy, but you will be sweaty by the end of this class!



This class is prefect for those want to try Pilates for the first time, wanting to improve and focus of the basics, recovering from joint replacement and athletic injuries or the Pilates enthusiasts dedicated to the gentle principals outlined by Joseph Pilates himself!

Pilates Reformer & Tower

all levels

This combo class will use both the Tower Unit & Reformer together in a creative muscle-burning way. The combination of the reformer and the tower apparatus develops endurance, stronger muscles, a tighter body and a more graceful form. Using both the tower and the reformer gives you one of the most effective workouts around.

Reformer - All Levels


If you’re new to Pilates, or a seasoned pro, this is the class for you. In this workout, you will be using the Pilates reformer and practicing the techniques you’ll need for full body movement integration. 
For safety purposes, grip socks are required. No socks? No worries, grip socks are sold in the studio.

Reformer Open Level


This Equipment class will work on the basic framework for which all other levels build. It will develop strength, stability and flexibility to allow you to advance to the next level or gain more from each movement. It will include exercises to challenge a variety of levels from the BEGINNER, who has never tried Pilates to the ADVANCED, working on perfecting form. Exercises are layered and modified to make them more difficult or accessible for a all fitness levels. 

Billed every 28 days. Sessions can be rolled forward 30 days.

Pilates Equipment Class

Workout to sculpt, sweat, lengthen and strengthen during this 50 minute session designed to target your whole body in all planes of motion. We will rotate, side bend, plank and pike our way to taller spines and a stronger core! This class is a must for anyone wanting to cross train in another sport (running, tennis, golf, hockey, basketball, baseball, football)  or add to daily walking! Think sore abs, arms and legs the following day!
